Networks

Our networks, our sources of inspiration

For Kaqi, the extended enterprise is a reality: there is no need to be many within the same legal entity to bring the right and useful expertise to your project and your team, whether through a light or a more substantial engagement, always suited to your needs, stakes and means.

It is also essential for us to offer you consulting and support at the highest level. This is why we devote a significant share of our turnover to professional training and to research and development.

Professional networks are an effective way to combine access to a pool of strengths and talents with keeping our skills at the highest level. Here are four of them.

The Change Leaders

The Change Leaders

This is the alumni network of the MS Consulting and Coaching for Change, awarded by HEC Paris and the University of Oxford – Saïd Business School. Alexis Kummetat graduated in 2013.

This international network of professionals meets twice a year (once in Paris, once in Oxford) to discuss transformation practices and meet experts from all backgrounds.

Institut de la Sociodynamique

Institut de la Sociodynamique

The thinking of Jean-Christian Fauvet lies at the heart of our approaches: sociodynamics, the strategy of allies… Seeing people for what they do rather than for what they are, building dynamics around contributions, trusting people…

Since Jean-Christian Fauvet’s death, the Institut de la Sociodynamique has kept this tradition of convictions, thought and practice alive and growing, through teaching, training and exchanges between professionals – in particular every two years at the Campus de l’Innovation Managériale, in which we take an active part.

International Association of Facilitators

International Association of Facilitators

Project facilitation is one of our skills, especially when it comes to bringing out and bringing together all the energy and talent of your team, whether core or extended. In one-off meetings or during workshops that are always participative and particularly productive.

Creativity techniques, large-group facilitation, co-creation… these are practices we constantly enrich, notably through the events organised by the IAF’s international network, and in particular its European network.

High Reliability Organizations

High Reliability Organizations and Resilience Engineering

For us, the human factor is not the « weak link » – quite the opposite: it is what makes every complex system resilient and high-performing. The work carried out on High Reliability Organizations shows this, since its main contributors are professionals from very sensitive sectors (healthcare, nuclear, offshore, aviation, firefighting…).

Attentive to safety and collective resilience, we naturally follow this work so we can share its lessons with you. Discover our perspective on organisational resilience.
