Training and sharing good practice
Kaqi is not an off-the-shelf training company: we are first and foremost an operational consultancy.
This is why each of our « training » actions (professional training sessions, talks, ad hoc interventions…) is designed:
- to measure, with you;
- on action-learning principles and methods, to make ownership easier;
- with formats that encourage sharing, cohesion and team dynamics;
- as a source of added value you can use as soon as you are back at work.
That said, to help you express your needs, here are some of our reference courses. You can choose them « as they are », or ask us to adapt them. It is up to you!
Our training catalogue – October 2026
You can browse the web edition of this catalogue (in French), without prices. To receive the full version with prices, simply ask us and we will send it by return.
Three case studies
Digital transformation
Why and how should one design a course on « digital transformation »?
The topic is so widely shared and debated that the question is a real one… Everyone has an opinion, and anyone can pose as a « specialist ». So what is the added value for the time and resources you invest?
Our contribution
Putting things into practice: moving from reflection to action, from theory to applying these technological, and above all human, transformations in your day-to-day work. Opening doors to new concepts and practices: emergence, sharing, co-creation… or how the individual blends with the collective, between selfies and crowdsourcing, smartphones and crowdfunding, thanks to new technological and interpersonal skills… And above all, turning these ideas into action!
Mobilisation practices
Energising an executive committee, building synergies between functional and operational departments, creating and running spaces where public and private players meet and act together, helping you design and sustain human dynamics based on goodwill alone: these are a few examples of our operational skills, at the service of your projects.
Our contribution
To multiply and sustain the impact of our joint work, we like to share our experience, our analyses and the skills we have built over the years, through the constant interplay between our research and development work and our operational assignments.
Management practices
The world changes every day. So why cling to perceptions and practices suited to a world that is gone? For reassurance, or for want of anything better?
Our contribution
When it comes to « leadership », we do not wipe the slate clean, but we help you (re)define and adopt modern concepts and practices that your team can identify with, for the benefit of your shared project.
Manager or leader, participative or post-heroic leadership, cross-functional management or shared leadership? There is no single truth, but approaches and words that we help you explore, challenge or adopt. Together, in any case, and not by chance.
To illustrate our view of new forms of leadership: « The collaborative engineer, tomorrow’s leader » (in French).
